Rachel Fink is a mom of 7 kids with 27 years of parenting experience. She is also an Engineer with a B.ASc. from the University of Toronto in Electrical and Computer Engineering.

Rachel is also the founder of Parenting Pod. She started the site as a way to promote family mental health and wellbeing. In the past, Rachel had struggled with issues such as postpartum depression, eating disorders, and ADHD. When searching for solutions online, she found that most resources where either difficult for a regular parent to understand and relate to, or were not provided by reliable experts. Parenting Pod changes all that by offering easy to understand information written by experienced and licensed practitioners.
